What does AHU-X04 mean?

The supply-air-temp setpoint never moves across the analysis window, indicating no trim-and-reset or load-based reset is happening.

Why does it matter?

A static SAT setpoint forces VAV boxes to reheat at low loads (excess cooling) or strain at high loads. ASHRAE 90.1 requires SAT reset on most multi-zone AHUs for this reason. Often a 15–20% AHU energy reduction is left on the table.

What should you do?

Implement trim-and-reset based on the most-open VAV box, or a simple OAT-based reset. Confirm the BMS reset logic actually has authority over the SAT setpoint.
