What does AHU-X15 mean?

The supply-duct static-pressure setpoint sits at one value whenever the unit runs — there is no trim-and-respond reset from the VAV box dampers.

Why does it matter?

Fan power scales with the cube of flow and roughly with static; holding design static at part load is the single largest avoidable fan cost on a VAV system.

What should you do?

Enable static-pressure reset per ASHRAE Guideline 36 (trim-and-respond on damper positions), with a sensible minimum; verify the most-open box stays satisfied.
