What does BP-01 mean?
Building static pressure is negative or excessive during occupancy.
Why does it matter?
Negative buildings pull in humid or cold air and make doors hard to open; over-pressurized buildings push moist air into walls.
What should you do?
Rebalance supply, return and exhaust; check the relief/return damper control and the pressure sensor location.
