Mixed-air temperature doesn't match OA/RA mix

The measured mixed-air temperature is inconsistent with what the OA damper position and the OAT/RAT temperatures predict it should be.

What does AHU-FC02/03/06 mean?

The measured mixed-air temperature is inconsistent with what the OA damper position and the OAT/RAT temperatures predict it should be.

Why does it matter?

Tells you something is wrong with the airside physics — usually a stuck damper, leaking OA path around a closed damper, or a miscalibrated sensor. Every downstream temp control depends on this.

What should you do?

Inspect the OA damper for full closure (a 'closed' damper often leaks 10–20% in real installations). Verify MAT, OAT, and RAT sensor accuracy. If the damper is verified closed, the MAT sensor location may be averaging unrepresentative streams.

This is a diagnostic rule: Energy Agent surfaces and ranks it as a data quality problem and claims no dollar savings for it, by design.
