What does AHU-FC14 mean?

Cooling valve is commanded closed but air is still being cooled as it crosses the coil.

Why does it matter?

Strong evidence of a leaking cooling valve — chilled water is reaching the coil that's supposed to be off, and removing heat. This is a top hidden waste in heating season.

What should you do?

Hydraulically isolate the coil and re-check. Replace the cooling valve or its seat. Check whether the actuator is travelling full stroke.
