What does AHU-FC12 mean?
When cooling is active, SAT should drop below MAT. If SAT is higher than MAT, cooling isn't working.
Why does it matter?
Lost cooling capacity — coil is air-bound, chilled-water flow isn't reaching it, or the valve is reporting open but stuck. Compounds with FC07-type symptoms on the heating side.
What should you do?
Check CHW supply temperature at coil inlet, CHW pump operation, and coil water-side condition. Verify cooling valve actuator linkage.
