What does VRF-01 mean?
On a heat-pump (non-heat-recovery) VRF system, some indoor units call for heating while others call for cooling.

The losing zones get nothing while the outdoor unit hunts; comfort complaints and wasted compressor hours.
What should you do?
Group zones with similar loads on each outdoor unit, use master-mode selection or a heat-recovery system where loads genuinely differ.
