What does ZONE-04 mean?

A chilled beam / radiant / supply surface is colder than the zone dewpoint.

Why does it matter?

Water forms on the surface — dripping, stained ceilings, mold, and eventually a shut-down system.

What should you do?

Raise the chilled-water supply setpoint to the beams, fix the dewpoint reset, or dehumidify the outdoor air with the DOAS.

This is a diagnostic rule: Energy Agent surfaces and ranks it as a reliability problem and claims no dollar savings for it, by design.
