What does ZONE-06 mean?
During occupied hours the zone is asked for cooling colder, heating warmer, or a deadband narrower than the building's setpoint policy.
Why does it matter?
Each degree of overcooling or overheating costs roughly 3 % of the zone's HVAC energy, and narrow deadbands make heating and cooling fight through the day.
What should you do?
Restore the setpoint policy in the BAS (74/70 °F, 4 °F deadband) and limit local adjustment to ±2 °F; investigate zones that were lowered to compensate for another problem.
