What does AHU-FC15 mean?
Heating valve is commanded closed but air is still being warmed as it crosses the coil.
Why does it matter?
Leaking heating valve — hot water is heating supposedly-off air, and the system is paying for it. Especially bad in cooling season when chilled water then has to remove that heat.
What should you do?
Mirror of FC14: hydraulic isolation test, valve replacement, actuator travel check.
