What does AHU-X02 mean?

Zone temperature dropped below setpoint and reheat then activated to recover — the AHU overcooled and is paying to heat back up.

Why does it matter?

Pure double-energy waste — chilled water removed heat that gas then had to put back. Usually rooted in a too-low SAT setpoint or oversized cooling coil.

What should you do?

Raise the SAT setpoint or implement SAT reset based on zone demand. Check whether the zone has a leaking damper or reheat valve causing the initial overcooling.
