Where the data lives
Desigo CC keeps trend logs per point with a long-term archive on the server; APOGEE Insight keeps trend definitions and a trend database. Both can display several trends together and export the table. Menu names differ between Desigo CC, Desigo Insight and APOGEE; the integrator’s documentation is authoritative.
Exporting
Open a trend view, add the points for one equipment group, set the range to twelve months or the longest available, and export to CSV or Excel. If the tool asks for an interval, use the native one or 15 minutes.
APOGEE point names are often short system codes. Either rename the columns in the file to the "AHU-1 Supply Air Temp (F)" pattern or send us the point list with descriptions so the columns can be mapped.
- Trend the setpoints as well as the sensors.
- Include damper and valve commands, not only temperatures.
- One file per equipment group is fine.
The file shape
One timestamp column, then one column per point. Put the unit in the header, for example "AHU-1 Supply Air Temp (F)" or "CHW-VLV (0-100)". Name each column with the equipment tag first so points from the same unit group together.
You do not need to clean the file. Energy Agent checks timezone, gaps, duplicate timestamps, frozen channels and unit mismatches before any rule runs, and tells you what it found.
