What does MET-01 mean?

Baseload power during unoccupied hours is higher than expected for the building's size and type.

Why does it matter?

Baseload runs every hour of the year. Even a small fraction of avoidable baseload (lighting circuits, plug loads, HVAC override) adds up to a measurable annual bill.

What should you do?

Walk the building during unoccupied hours. Check for lighting circuits left on, plug-load schedules, and HVAC overrides that never expired.
