What does MET-04 mean?

Why does it matter?

An entire empty building running 7 days a week instead of 5 — a 40% energy overhang. Common in tenant-controlled HVAC and BMS schedules that were never set.

What should you do?

Enable weekend setback. Verify schedule applies to all zones. Look for tenant overrides that defeat the BMS.
