What does MET-07 mean?
Gas (heating) and electric (cooling) consumption both rise across a shoulder-season period when only one should be active.
Why does it matter?
Same waste mechanism as the plant-level PLANT-04 fault but visible at the meter when plant-level data isn't available. Often the only signal in older buildings without submetering.
What should you do?
Investigate changeover schedule. Look at simultaneous-heating-cooling at the plant if data exists.
