What does PLANT-01 mean?

The chiller is on but CHW supply temperature is above its setpoint by more than the tolerance.

Why does it matter?

Source-side problem: every downstream AHU and VAV will see warm CHW and either ramp valves wide open or fail to control SAT. Many AHU-side faults (FC07, FC12) downstream of this one are actually consequences of it — the suppression layer hides them.

What should you do?

Check refrigerant charge, condenser heat-rejection (cooling tower performance), evaporator approach. Verify CHW pump head and flow. Inspect for fouled tubes.

This is a diagnostic rule: Energy Agent surfaces and ranks it as a reliability problem and claims no dollar savings for it, by design.
