What does MET-11 mean?

The lighting submeter runs well above its normal unoccupied level outside the occupancy schedule.

Why does it matter?

Lighting left on after hours is close to 100 % avoidable — schedules, sweeps and occupancy sensors are the cheapest measures in the building.

What should you do?

Add or fix the lighting sweep / schedule in the lighting control panel or BAS; check for zones on manual override.
