What does PLANT-14 mean?
Hot-water return to a condensing boiler is warm enough that the flue gas cannot condense, so the boiler runs as a conventional one.
Why does it matter?
Above the dewpoint of the flue gas the boiler runs at 85% instead of 95%; the premium paid for a condensing boiler is lost.
What should you do?
Lower the supply-temperature reset, fix the loop ΔT (coil valves, bypasses), and verify the return sensor.
