What does VAV-01 mean?
The VAV's airflow reading doesn't match what's expected from its damper position and the serving AHU's supply pressure.
Why does it matter?
The VAV box is controlling to a fictional airflow. Zone temp control suffers, and the AHU's flow-summing logic for SAT reset is corrupted.
What should you do?
Recalibrate the flow sensor at known dampered positions. Check for blocked flow rings. Verify the damper position feedback isn't itself broken.
