What does VAV-06 mean?
VAV airflow has been pinned at the minimum or maximum setpoint regardless of zone demand.
Why does it matter?
Box has lost authority over the zone. Comfort drifts, neighboring zones may be over-conditioned to compensate, AHU SAT reset gets corrupted by the box's bad signal.
What should you do?
Inspect damper actuator and linkage. Check for control output failure at the box controller. Verify the BMS is sending varying commands.
