What does VAV-02 mean?
Damper command is at minimum but measured airflow is well above minimum and the serving fan is running.
Why does it matter?
Conditioned air bleeding into a zone that doesn't call for it. Cumulatively a big driver of overcooling and energy waste in shoulder seasons.
What should you do?
Inspect damper seat for debris or warpage. Verify actuator travel reaches full close. Replace if blade-and-frame leakage exceeds spec.
