What does VAV-07 mean?
One VAV is consistently the most-open box and is driving the AHU's SAT reset target colder or hotter than the rest of the building needs.
Why does it matter?
The whole AHU is being penalized to serve one problem zone. Usually the rogue zone has a leaking damper, a miscalibrated thermostat, or a real building-fabric issue (south-facing glass, server room).
What should you do?
Investigate the rogue zone specifically — recalibrate its thermostat, check for leaks, consider adding local supplementary capacity. Once fixed, the rest of the building's energy use improves.
